Now it is time to list my favourite books outside of the SFF genre! (although I’m sure at least two of them could be considered fantasy as well haha) (See my favourite SFF reads here!)
Again used my CAWPILE rating, listing them from ‘lowest’ to ‘highest’! Also there are some books on here that I do not give a CAWPILE rating since I do not know how to (graphic novels/mange and non-fiction)
- East of Eden by John Steinbeck (classic)
- Isola volume 1 & 2 by Brenden Fletcher (graphic novel)
- Educated by Tara Westover (non-fiction)

- The Promised Neverland by Kaiu Shirai – idk what volumes I read this year haha (manga)
- Watch Over Me by Nina LaCour (contemporary)
- The Hunting Party by Lucy Foley (Mystery)
- The Beautiful Ones by Silvia Moreno-Garcia (romance)

- The Book Smugglers by Anna James (middle grade, fantasy..)
- Horrid by Katrina Leno (horror)
- Concrete Rose by Angie Thomas (contemporary)
- House of Hollow by Krystal Sutherland (horror)

- Under the Whispering Door by TJ Klune (romance/fantasy)
- The House in the Cerulean Sea by TJ Klune (romance/fantasy)
