Another month were I went crazy out the library, what’s new?! (I mean I have no idea if/when it will close, so better have a good stack of books in my house!)
Let’s start with the two books that I bought (the first two of the year!):

You’ve got plenty to keep you busy, Evelyn! I’ve got to finish the Kendare Blake series – had the final book since it was released, but haven’t gotten to it yet.
Definitely haha! I really hope to read the last two books soon, so I can cross off one more series 🙂
Great haul! Our local library has recently been on lockdown, sadly, as I enjoyed having weekly visits. I love Heartstopper and recently bought House of Earth and Blood too!
Yeah so sad to hear that all libraries are closing.. I mean, for good reason I guess, but I hpoe they will open again soon!

I just finished the first book in the Witcher series and I am so glad I have the second one on hand. Carry On was a good sequel, but had a bit of a different feel to it. Lastly, The Nickel Boys has been on my radar. My uncle keeps telling me to give it a go.
I didn’t buy a ton of books this month. I did buy a few Shakespeare plays for my series this year as well as The Two Lives of Lydia Bird, the first two books in the Witcher series and House of Earth and Blood.

I actually was not a huge fan of the nickel boys, but maybe I just didn’t understand the story haha!
Glad you got so many books at the library, our library is closed while we are on lockdown or “stay-at-home” mandate. I miss it! But it’s okay I have a a lot of books on my shelf that I haven’t read yet.
I’m afraid mine will close at some point to haha, so I make sure I have some ready 🙂
