BOOKSHELF TOUR!

Now that I live in my own apartment, and got my second big bookshelf, my shelves finally look how I wanted to (kinda)! So I thought it would be time for an updated bookshelf tour!

This tour will just be photo’s of each shelf, not going to name every book, guess you could just see that from the photo haha! I will name my favourite from each shelf, although I’m already stressing for some of the shelves ahah

So first an overview photo!

Now we will do a photo per shelf, starting with the left shelf top to bottom and then the right shelf!

These first couple of shelves only fit normal size paperbacks, so that is the main reason for the books on this shelf haha! Just some paperbacks, that I did not know where else to put! It does have my favourite funko! And a tea can from bookish teas.

Favourite book: Caraval!

Then we have my ‘children’s’ shelf! I hope to expand my puffin classics collection sometime soon! (maybe this shelf should house some more paperbacks later on..). Also another funko, a prince charming candle, a hippo and my bookmarks!

Favourite: Anne of Green Gables!

Then we have my Sarah J Maas shelf! I’m a little bit annoyed that the assassin’s blade is a little bit taller and doesn’t fit standing up straight haha, but this will have to do! I have some ACOTAR candles from Book & Nook and some parfum from Behind the Pages!

Favourite: Either Queen of Shadows or Empire of Storms!

The rest of my classics! I love these clothbound editions! Not sure what to do if I have more of them, but we will see that when we get that far! And my chopsticks that I bought in China, no reason for it being on this particular shelf haha

Favourite: The picture of Dorian Gray!

Honestly I think this is my favourite shelf! Just because of the plant, just very aesthetically pleasing to me! And a hinterland candle from Wick and Fable!

Favourite: The last namsara!

Graphic novel and manga shelf! And my Newt funko!

Favourite: oof.. hard.. Saga, Paper girls, I hate fairyland!

This is my ‘these books don’t fit anywhere’ shelf. Haven’t read The black prism yet, but will probably move it once I do. And I borrowed the great hunt from my brother, so that will be returned at some point.

Favourite: Shadow and bone.

I wanted this to be my VE Schwab shelf, but I needed to add some others haha! And a candle from Book & Nook!

Favourite: honestly.. All!

Another shelf with so many good ones! A candle that I got in a Fairyloot box, can’t find the shop though..

Favourite: Nevernight and Six of Crows.

I first ‘named’ this my favourite shelf, but actually this one and the previous two are all favourites ahha! In the stack book two and three from mistborn are missing since I borrowed those to my brother!

Favourite: all!

I feel a bit weird displaying Harry Potter books since the recent JK Rowling tweets. But they are a big part of my shelves, so I will just keep it at this photo. (Also I’m very annoyed that this is crooked..)

Last one! Some hardcovers that I just don’t know where to put, basically the same as the very first shelf, but this is hardcovers, that one was paperbacks!
