December reading plans!

For the last month of the year I decided to not play Bookopoly!

There are some books I really would like to pick up before the end of the year, and I just knew it wouldn’t work out if I rolled on the board! So this month I will just read whatever, and go back to playing Bookopoly next year!

Some books I really want to read this December:

  • The Broken Eye by Brent Weeks – would love to make some more progress in this series, since I’m really loving it!
  • The Shadow Rising by Robert Jordan – Watching the show made me really wanting to continue reading the books haah!
  • The Beautiful, The Damned and The Righteous by Renée Ahdieh – I want to binge the series once my copy of the third book arrives (I know there is a fourth book coming still..)
  • Velvet was the Night by Silvia Moreno-Garcia – I love all her work so want to read this!
  • City of Dragons and Blood of Dragons by Robin Hobb – I love this world, and would be nice to have another series finished this year!
  • The Bone Shard Emperor by Andrea Stewart – I loved the first book earlier this year, so I’m so excited for this one!

What are some books you would like before the end of the year?

  2. I’m hoping to start and finish the Caraval series, including the new one! I don’t know if Il have enough time though. D:

  3. My goodness, I barely knew that there was a third book in Ahdieh’s vampire series, never mind a fourth!

  4. I hope you manage to get all of these books read & end up enjoying them. Definitely interested to see what you think of them too.
    I’m planning to read The Righteous when my copy arrives too. I’d also love to get Kingdom Of The Cursed read if my copy arrives.
    I’ve literally just finished my last library book so for the rest of the year im hoping to get some of my preorders read that I didn’t get to where I got too much out of the library. Leaning towards retellings a lot atm too.
