I do not know what I did, but this month’s TBR went crazy.. I did my usual Bookopoly, but this month is also Believethon 3, so I will talk about those books as well at the end of this post!
I again rolled a D20 dice to see how many rolls on the board I would do, I think this is where it all went wrong haha, I rolled 15..!
The board:

Roll 1 – Chance – Dread Nation by Justina Ireland
Roll 2 – Contemporary – As Good As Dead by Holly Jackson
Roll 3 – Sci-fi – Aurora’s End by Jay Kristoff and Amie Kaufman
Roll 4 – Fantasy – The Wolf and the Woodsman by Ava Reid

Roll 5 – Community Shelf (reread) – Crown of Midnight by Sarah J Maas (Started this reread in the beginning of the year haha)
Roll 6 – Graphic Novel – Witch Hat Atelier vol 2 by Kamome Shirahama
Roll 7 – TBR vet – Girls of Paper and Fire by Natasha Ngan
Roll 8 – Fantasy – Once Upon a Broken Heart by Stephanie Garber

Roll 9 – Sci-fi – Noor by Nnedi Okorafor (EARC)
Roll 10 (double) – Magical realism – The Devil Makes Three by Tori Bovalino (according to GR this fits haha)
Roll 11 (double) – E-book/audio – Girls of Storm and Shadow by Natasha Ngan
Roll 12 – Middle Grade – The Book Smugglers by Anna James

Roll 13 – Fantasy – Under the Whispering Door by TJ Klune
Roll 14 – E-book/audio – Girls of Fate and Fury by Natasha Ngan

Roll 16 – Fantasy – She Who Became the Sun by Shelley Parker-Chan
Roll 17 – Community Shelf (2020 release) – Black Sun by Rebecca Roanhorse (audio)

We’re not even going to talk about how I would be able to read all of these..
So now let’s look into believathon 3! This is a middle grade readathon being hosted by Gavin @How to Train your Gavin on youtube!
There were 30 prompts to choose from, I did a random number generator to choose 5 prompts for me. Here is what I got an chose:
- Book with a map – Moonlocket by Peter Bunzl
- Book with Winter Vibes – Ember and the Ice Dragons by Heather Fawcett
- Recent Purchase – The Wizards of Once by Cressida Cowell
- Anticipated release – The Book Smugglers by Anna James
- Book with favourite colour (red) – Either Shadowghasts by Thomas Taylor or Frostheart 3 by Jamie Littler (depending if frostheart arrives!)

I love watching you do Bookopoly! I wanted to do Believathon this year but I am locked into another middle grade reading project AND NonFiction November.
Enjoy your reading – I’m picking up Aurora’s End as soon as possible!
Thanks 🙂
Too many readathons/readalongs can be overwhelming ahah!
I hope you have a great reading month!
I can’t wait to hear what you think on a lot of these – most are on my (massive) TBR too but not this month.
Thanks! I hope we will both like them!
I can’t wait for Aurora’s End! I hope it doesn’t break my heart but I am sure it will, haha. Happy Reading!
It probably will haha!
These all sound like such great reads! Hope you enjoy them! 🙂
Thanks 🙂
