Secret life of a book blogger tag!

Let’s try out another tag! I think this original tag was made by Maddie over at Munch Reviews, but I saw it on Flavia the bibliophile blog!

So I actually was not tagged, but I’m still going to do it! 🙂

 

Okay let’s start! Here are the questions!

1. How long have you been blogging?

Well, I actually started this blog last April haha. So for 4 months!

 

2. At what point do you think you’ll stop blogging?

Since I just started I have not really thought about this yet haha. But I guess when I do not enjoy doing it anymore?! I should not force myself to continue if I don’t like it anymore.

3. What is the best thing about blogging?

I really love it when people actually comment on my posts, like people have actually read what I wrote 🙂 That really makes me happy. Also I really like talking to other bloggers!

 

4. What is the worst thing? What do you do to make it okay?

Since I’ve only just started, I have not come across anything that would fit this question.. Which I guess is a good thing! I do find the spam comments annoying, but I can deal with that haha.

 

5. How long does it take you to make/find pictures to use?

For my reviews I just look through the pictures that I have from that book, which will take me like 5 minutes, especially since most of the time I already know which picture I want to use. Sometimes I still need to take a picture then it will take me 15-30 minutes, depending if I have an idea for the picture haha.

For other posts I mostly use pictures that I personally really love and have not used yet, so this will also only take me like 5 minutes since I already know what I want to use 🙂

 

6. Who is your book crush?

I always find this a hard question haha, When I read books I’m like yes new crush! But then I forget all about them whe such questions are asked..

But I would say Kaz from Six of Crows, Legend from Caraval and Azriel from A court of thorns and roses.

7. What author would you like as guest on your blog?

LEIGH BARDUGO OR VE SCHWAB. If that ever happens I will be the happiest person alive!!!

 

8. What do you wear when you writes blog posts?

Eeh depends on when I write haha. I just write when I have time and that could be in the morning or right before bed, then it will be pyjamas. But sometimes I write in the middle of the day and then I probably wear normal clothes. But tbh sometimes I wear pyjamas or other comfy clothes 🙂

 

9. How long does it take you to prepare?

Depends on what post, with book reviews I can just copy parts from older posts (which really helps)! And if I was smart and made lots of notes while reading, it does not take long.

But for posts like this, I first write down all the questions in my notebook and then it takes quite long haha..

10. How do you feel about the book blogging community?

I absolutely love it! I love reading other peoples blogs and comment and communicate with people 🙂

 

11. What do you think one should do to get a successful blog?

Well.. I would not call my blog successful. But I would say comment on other people’s blogposts!
