The questions:
- Getting started: A book series you’ve been meaning to read
I’ve been talking about starting The wheel of time series by Robert Jordan so often lately! To say another one; Kings of the wyld by Nicholas Eames!

2. Cleaning/organizing the closet: The best way to organize books
Currently my books are organized by how it fits on the shelf haha! So mainly on book height, since some shelves only fit small paperback etc. But I like to put the same genre together!
3. Getting rid of unnecessary things: book/series you no longer need
Mm, I think I will go with Ninth House by Leigh Bardugo.. I didn’t finish it, and I do not feel any desire to continue it or continue the series!

4. Get some air: your favourite light-hearted read
Hard question when you mainly read fantasy haha! I like a YA contemporary once in a while, but I never reread those..
To all the boys I’ve loved before by Jenny Han would be a good one!

5. Clean out the kitchen cupboards: Favourite food-themed read
With the fire on high by Elizabeth Acevedo!

6. Dust the shelves: What’s the fifth book on your bookshelf
I’m currently not with my bookshelves, but my top shelf is my Harry Potter shelf, and I’m pretty sure it starts off with my different language editions of the philosophers stone, so one of those!
7. Wishing for the end: a 2020 release you’re really excited about
Oof so many:

Mexican gothic by Silvia Moreno-Garcia
A song of wraiths and ruin by Roseanna A Brown
Burn our bodies down by Rory Power
Vicious spirits by Kat Cho
The silvered serpent by Roshani Choski
Queen of volts by Amanda Foody
Kingdom of the wicked by Kerri Maniscalco
The invisible life of Addie La Rue by VE Schwab
The burning god by RF Kuang
The serpent’s curse by Lisa Maxwell

I hope I did not have to give just one haha!
8. Long but satisfying: The longest book series you’ve read
I think Harry Potter, with seven books! Or Throne of glass, also 7 books!

Consider yourself tagged if you want to do this one!
For some reason I always forget that Ninth House is a series. I read it as well and I don’t have any intention of continuing as well. I think at this point the longest series I have read is HP or Outlander, but I always forget what number I am on in that series. Enjoyed reading!

So far I’ve read 5 of the Outlander books, so it is almost catching up with HP haha!
Great tag (: I always struggle with light hearted answers too. I seriously need to read more upbeat books and there are so many incredible releases for the rest of 2020 that I’d struggle to pick just one as well. Addie La Rue & Kingdom Of The Wicked are definitely in my top ten anticipated books of the whole year though. And I’ve actually pre-ordered Song Of Wraith & Ruins so I have high hopes for that too. And Mexican Gothic sounds incredible I’m curious about Burn Our Bodies Down after enjoying Wilder Girls too. Ooh and one that you didn’t include but may be interested in is A Deadly Education ☺️
Ooh I really can’t wait for Addie La Rue and kingdom of the wicked, I would love getting to read those right now!
They actually all sound good haha!
Haven’t heard of that one! Should look it up!
Fun tag! I think I would have a hard time thinking of a food themed or food-centric book…I’d have to put my thinking cap on for sure lol. 🙂
I named With the fire on high as favourite, but it is also the only one I can think of haha!
I’ve heard so many good things about “Kings of the Wyld”! 🙂 And I’m soo looking forward to all the books you mentioned as 2020 releases you’re excited about! XD
I just received Kings of the Wyld! I’m so excited to pick it up!
Good to hear, I hope we love them all haha!
I’m excited for several of those on your list also, Evelyn – have ARCs of Addie Larue and The Silvered Serpent, and The Queen of Volts has been on my list for months.
I hope you enjoy them!
Kings of the Wyld is so good! As is the sequel ‘Bloody Rose’. Hope you enjoy when you get started.
I just ordered it! I hoep to pick it up soon 🙂
