The tag:
Hit the beach – a book set by the water
To kill a kingdom – Alexandra Christo. I really enjoyed this story, and I couldn’t really think of another book set by the water, even though there are probably a lot!

Watch fireworks – a book that had a fiery romance
A court of Mist and fury – Sarah J Maas. This was just the first book popping up in my mind with a ‘fiery romance’.

Go for a road trip – a book that involves a journey
The hobbit – JRR Tolkien. I’m having a hard time haha, why can’t I think of any other book that involves a journey!? I mean I enjoyed the hobbit, but I’m not a huge fan.

Camp under the stars – a book that left you starstruck
Do you dream of terra two? – Temi Oh. I freaking loved this book, and the ending.. I needed more! Everyone should read this!

Marathon some movies – a book you couldn’t put down
Crown of feathers – Nicki Pau Preto. I listened to this, and I often found myself just sitting and listening, because I didn’t want to stop ahah.

Go out for ice cream – a book with a sweet romance
The gentleman’s guide to Vice and Virtue – Mackenzi Lee. The romance in this book is so freaking cute! I absolutely love Monty and Percy!

Picnic in the park – a book that was a breath of fresh air
Mooncakes – Suzanne Walker and Wendy Xu. This was very different from all of the graphic novels I read, and I absolutely loved it! I need to read more graphic novels of this type!

Go for a hike – a character who conquered an obstacle
The poppy war – RF Kuang. I only just read this, and absolutely loved it!

Grill some BBQ – a book featuring delicious food
With the fire on high – Elizabeth Acevedo. I mean I had to name this one here! To whole cover is covered in food haha!

Watch the sunrise – a book that inspired you
Anne of Green Gables – LM Montgomery. I don’t Anne just speaks to me!

I love this tag (: mines in my drafts still but unless I’m misremembering I think I went for To Kill A Kingdom too I’ve heard nothing but good things about The Poppy War so I need to get on with it
Ooh it is amazing, I’m so happy I finally picked it up earlier this month!
Monty and Percy are the best <3
And now you've got me thinking of other books that have journeys haha. All I can come up with are Eragon, and A Darker Shade of Magic. (idk if the first books had journeys but there are definitely journeys in the series! )
I’m not sure about Eragon either, but indeed definitely the other books!
Ooh and of course ADSOM.. haah I totally forgot!
I have so many of these on my TBR that I need to read. Crown of feathers has been catching my eye for a while.
Happy reading!
Crown of feathers is one of my faves! Hopefully you will enjoy!
I loved Acomaf and really enjoy to kill a kingdom, I’m yet to read with the fire on high and crown of feathers which I heard nothing but great things about
I hope you will love them!
