This week’s topic is Books on your spring TBR, but first I will look back at the books on my winter TBR to see if I actually read them!

- The queen of nothing by Holly Black – I’m so happy I finished this trilogy, definitely a good conclusion!
- Winterwood by Shea Ernshaw – I was so disappointed by this one.. I was quite bored while reading it.
- Bloodwitch by Susan Dennard – absolutely loved this one, and I can’t wait for the fourth book releasing at some point!
- Wicked saints by Emily A Duncan – I’m so happy I finally picked this one up! It’s a new favourite of mine!

5. Children of virtue and vengeance by Tomi Adeyemi – Another disappointment.. I absolutely loved book one, but I was a bit bored while reding this one..
6. Shadowblack by Sebastian De Castell – Also read this one, such a fun series, can’t wait to continue!
7. The ten thousand doors of January by Alix E Harrow – Unfortunately I did not enjoy this one, I just did not connect with the writing!

8. The words of radiance part 2 by Brandon Sanderson – Read this one as well! Really should read book three soon!
9. Harry Potter and the goblet of fire (illustrated) by JK Rowling – I love these illustrated editions, the drawing are just so good!
10. The night country by Melissa Albert – DNF’ed this one.. Really wasn’t a fan..
Read 10/10! 4 that I really loved, 4 that I did not like, and 2 mediocre ones! (all reviews that I have are linked!)
Now let’s make a spring TBR!

- Charmcaster by Sebastian De Castell – Really want to continue with this series!
- Recursion by Blake Crouch – I’ve heard so many amazing things about this one, really want to read it now!
- The ruthless gods by Emily A Duncan – Another series I want to continue 🙂
- Oathbringer by Brandon Sanderson – Again a series to continue!

5. The ballad of songbirds and snakes by Suzanne Collins – I’m so curious to this one!
6. The accident season by Moïra Fowley-Doyle – I love this authors work, but haven’t read this one yet!
7. 1984 by George Orwell – A classic I’m very curious about!

8. Scavenge the stars by Tara Sim – I loved her previous series, so I’m curious to her next work!
9. Girls of paper and fire by Natasha Ngan – I’ve been excited about reading this one for so long, I have no idea why I still haven’t!
10. Kings of the Wyld by Nicholas Eames – This one sounds right up my alley!
I’m so excited to read all of them! I hope I will do just as well as with my Winter TBR!
Recursion is mind-boggling and full of sci-fi goodness – hope you enjoy it, Evelyn!
I can’t wait to pick it up!
Great list! Quite a few on here that I can’t wait to read too. I think I’ll be picking up Ruthless Gods soon. I’m really hoping that it sucks me in and doesn’t leave me feeling more confused Enjoy all these reads!
I hope we both enjoy that one!
I really want to read 1984 soon too!!
I hope we both do!
Kings of the Wyld and Charmcaster are definitely on my spring TBR! Hoping to read Oathbringer later this year, but first I want to read Edgedancer, the novella about Lash!
I hope we both enjoy!
Yeah I did read that one as well!
I’m going to read Ruthless Gods soon too!
I hope we both enjoy it!
Great list of books to read! I haven’t planned out too far ahead what I’ll be hitting in Spring but I’m guessing it’s going to be a combination of review copies and older titles from my TBR. 🙂
I hope you read some great things!
Ahh The Accident Season, I really liked this one, I hope you will love it, too! 🙂 Sorry to hear that Children of Virtue and Vengeance wasn’t that great… I’ve been hearing mixed things about this sequel, I’m not certain I will continue with it :/
Oh that’s good to hear!
Yeah I also keep seeing mixed things.. I was very sad about it since I really loved book one!
You read some really great books in the Winter! I’m wishing you an equally successful spring of reading 🙂
I have to admit, I made myself a very easy list in winter haha! I knew I was going to read those, and some of them I had already started!
Thanks!
I loved Recursion — I hope you do too! And I’m thinking I’ll end up reading the new Hunger Games book, although I have mixed feelings based on the plot points I’ve heard so far. I hope you enjoy your spring reading!
It sounds so good!
Yeah I’m very curious to what she has done with the story!
Songbirds and Snakes made my list too!! I’m so excited for it!
My TTT!
I’m so curious to what she has done with the story!
I’ve read a couple of Sanderson’s novels and been eyeing the Stormlight Archives, but the series looks like quite the commitment. I’m glad you enjoyed Wicked Saints. I’m so excited to get tucked into that book.
It is haha! Especially because he is still writing it, so at some point I will have to start waiting for the books!
I hope you will love Wicked saints as well!
I loved 1984 when I read it & scavenge the stars was amazing… you have some great books lined up, I hope you enjoy them
Thanks! I hope so too 🙂
I really need to read Winterwood soon. Good list!
My TTT .

Great list! I hope you enjoy all of those!
Thanks
I am not even sure yet, haha! I haven’t done my TTT so I guess we shall see what i pick.
Haha Good luck picking them! 🙂
I hope you like Girls of Paper and Fire! And I’ve surprisingly not heard a lot about Ruthless Gods, but I liked Wicked Saints too, so I’m looking forward to see what you think of it.
Good luck with your TBR!
Thanks!
Probably more will come out about Ruthless gods once it releases!
Great list! One of these days I need to cross Girls of Paper and Fire off my TBR. I need to start the Witchlands series soon!
I’ve heard so many good things about Girls of paper and fire!
And yes you should haah!
