About the meme:
Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish, but is now moved to That Artsy Reader Girl! The read more about this meme, look at this page!
This week’s meme is favourite books released in the last ten years (1 per year), I’m not including 2019, since I cannot choose (I don’t know how I am going to choose from the other years haha..). Some of these I have read in that year, some of them I read later, which makes it a bit hard to decide, since the books I read more recent are easier to decide on! I also tried to not choose books from the same series or author!:

2009: I think I will have to go with Catching fire by Suzanne Collins! (Read when it released)
2010: Last sacrifice by Richelle Mead (Read when it released)
2011: Daughter of smoke and bone by Laini Taylor (Read last year)
2012: Insurgent by Veronica Roth (Read that year)
2013: Crown of midnight by Sarah J Maas (read later)
2014: Cress by Marissa Meyer (read that year)
2015: Red queen by Victoria Aveyard (read that year)
2016: Crooked kingdom by Leigh Bardugo (read later)
2017: Lord of shadows by Cassandra Clare (read this year) (this is were it is getting really really hard..)
2018: The hardest! For now I will go with Obsidio by Jay Kristoff and Amie Kaufman! (but to see all my favourites of 2018, check this list!)

To make this list I went through the YA Novels of (year) list on GoodReads, and checked which books I have put on read on GoodReads from that year. So there might be books I read but just forgot (so probably would not be my favourite anyway).
Also I’m not sure how accurate this list is, it was way to hard to make, for each year there were so many books that really liked!
OMG I also love your list!!!! I really also loved Catching Fire, it was my favorite in the trilogy, but I read it waaaay after its original release, haha! And I definitely agree with all the books from 2014 and up, you basically listed my favorite authors in the world, all summed up!
Haha yes good to know! It was so hard though..
I love the Lunar Chronicle books! And I’m hoping to finally read Illuminae this year. 🙂
Ooh I hope you do! It is amazing!
Awesome list! I guess mine was skewed more towards adult titles, but if I did one for YA, some of these would be on it too – definitely Illuminae Trilogy!
Ooh I will check yours out!
Insurgent and Catching fire were on my list too, great choices 😀 I haven’t read any of the other ones on your list but almost all of them are on my TBR
Hope you get to them at some point ☺️
So many good books on this list! It’s hard for me to pick a favorite… but I do still need to finish reading The Lunar Chronicles.
Oh yes it was really hard!
Yes Catching Fire!
Wow, I didn’t realize Catching Fire was a decade old already! My <a href=” http://lydiaschoch.com/top-ten-tuesday-favourite-books-released-in-the-last-ten-years/ “> TTT</a>.
Yess so weird
I will check yours out:)
Ahhh I love the Vampire Academy series, and Cress is my favourite Lunar Chronicles book! Some awesome books on this list 😀
I really want to reread both haha! I’m not sure if cress is my favourite but I had to include at least one of the lunar chronicles!
Catching Fire was on my list this week too. I also enjoyed Daughter of Smoke and Bone, Crown of Midnight and Crooked Kingdom but they didn’t make my list. Red Queen I didn’t really love all that much. My TTT: https://jjbookblog.wordpress.com/2019/05/28/top-ten-tuesday-213/
This topic is so much fun, seeing everyone’s different opinions!
I will check yours out!
Cinder made my list but I did switch my theme up just a tad. I’m loving looking at everyone’s favorites today.
Yes it is a really good topic!
Catching Fire, Cress, and Crooked Kingdom are excellent choices. :)My TTT: https://bookworm716.blogspot.com/2019/05/top-ten-tuesday-favorite-books-from.html

I will check yours out 🙂
I loved The Last Sacrifice, though I read it long after it came out. Lovely list!
Thanks 🙂
I’ve read a few of these already and this is a good reminder to catch up with the Jay Kristoff and Amie Kaufman series. Lynn 😀
Yesss do! They’re great!
