What is it about? (Summary from GoodReads)
Sizzling chemistry, a page-turning will they/won’t they romance and the hottest twist on one of your favourite movies…
British actor Zac Edwards is the latest heartthrob to hit the red carpets. Hot, talented and rich, he sends women wild…all except one.
Close protection officer Kat Parker hasn’t got time to play celebrity games. She has one job: to protect Zac from the stalker that seems to be dogging his every move.
Zac might get her hot under her very starched collar, but Kat’s a professional – and sleeping with Zac is no way part of her remit…

My thoughts:
I never know how to review adult romance books, since it is not really my normal genre. Although I’ve been reading it more lately. And I really needed this quick easy read at the moment!
This was a really slow-burn romance. You know it will happen, but it takes most of the book to develop! Which I really enjoyed!
I really liked that Kat was Zac’s bodyguard, instead of the other way around!
I appreciated to easiness and quickness of this book. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the drama at the end of the book. Can’t really go into details, since it would really spoil the book!
Definitely recommend if you want an easy romance!
I’m guessing the ‘drama’ towards the end affected your final rating? I sometimes enjoy a good romance and I like the fact that this one takes it’s time to develop.
Lynn 😀
Yes it did! It was a bit too much for me haha, and very rushed!
I do like it when a romance is not instantly, but does develop!
