First full week of 2021! I still had Monday off, so this work week only had 4 days! So that was nice as first week back at work!
This past week it was Winterween, so I tried to read some ‘horror’ books. I’m still trying to figure out what kind of horror books are for me, so I just read some that I saw around haha. Also I did not really try for the prompts, but I had a good time anyways!
I know that it looks like I read a lot, which I guess I did, but I started quite some books in the weekend before, so I did not read all these books fully haha!
What I read this week (books with * have a review coming!):
Get a Life, Chloe Brown – Talia Hibbert (audio) – 4 stars! So glad I finally picked this up! Was not a fan of the narrator though!
Bunny – Mona Awad – 1 star! Hated this.. I have no idea what I read..
The Woods vol. 2 – James Tynion IV – 3.5 stars! Bit confusing (been a while since I read volume 1), but really want to continue!
The Deep – Rivers Solomon (audio) – 3 stars! This was weird, but I enjoyed listening to it. Some good comments were made!
Daughter of the Salt King* – AS Thornton – 4 stars! Really liked this one, more than I expected I would!
The Assassin’s Blade – Sarah J Maas (reread) – 4.5 stars! I think I forgot how much I loved this world and characters! I’m so happy I’m rereading the series because of TOG-along!
The Summer I Drowned – Taylor Hale – 3.5 stars! This book took a different direction then I had expected! (GoodReads review is linked!)
What I’m currently reading:
Final Girls – Riley Sager (audio) – I’m really enjoying it so far, and I have some ideas, but I’m hoping I’m wrong!

Wow, lots of reading this week! Good for you! I love the idea of re-watching The Witcher. I’ve watched the series twice, and will probably do it one more time right before season 2, whenever that may be. hope you have a great week!
