This week was better for my mental state then the last, especially the end!
My thesis work can continue again, and I’m actually getting some data to write about, so that gives me a bit less stress!
Also I read a book that I was enjoying A LOT! Spoiler: it was assassins apprentice!
I also participated in the Basically readathon yesterday, and it was fun!
What I read this week (books with * have a review coming!):
Blood of elves – Andrzej Sapkowski – 4 stars! I enjoyed this a lot, although the chapter were so long haha! I’m planning on reading the next one soon!
Assassin’s apprentice – Robin Hobb (audio) – 4.5 stars! I enjoyed this book so much more the second time around! And it so much good for my state of mind for some reason! I’m very excited to continue on with this series now!
Paper girls vol. 6 – Brian K Vaughan – 4 stars! I love this series, and I’m so sad that it is over now 🙁
All your twisted secrets – Diana Urban (audio) – 4 stars! This was fun! I flew through the audiobook!
The fantastical exploits of Gwendolyn Gray – BA Williamson – 2 stars! I read this all yesterday, it was a fun Middle Grade!
What I’m currently reading:
House of earth and blood – Sarah J Maas – Almost done, I’m enjoying it, but I think it is too long!
Animal farm – George Orwell – Randomly started this while waiting for some results in the lab haha, it is good so far, definitely will finish this very soon!
Carry on – Rainbow Rowell (audio) – Finally reading this, enjoying it so far!

What I watched:
Elite – season 3, episode 5-8 – I wasn’t enjoying it that much, but then had to watch the last three episodes back to back haha! It is an okay series, I feel like they are dragging out the story, but I will still watch the next season whenever that comes :p
Locke & Key – season 1, episode 1-6 – I wasn’t planning on watching this, but my dad said I would like it so I tried it out haha, not the best show I’ve seen but interesting enough to continue!
Ali Wong: Baby cobra – I really want to read her book, but then I realized I haven’t watched any of her shows, so I did! And I really liked it!
Yay for less stress! Looks like you’re still managing a ton of reading too! I don’t know how you do it all, but great job being able to balance all of that. 🙂 Hope this week has been good to you so far.

I just rewatched The Witcher, and now I need to get back to the books! I’ll start Sword of Destiny in the next week or so, I hope. Glad to hear you liked Locke & Key! I’ve seen only the first episode so far, but plan to continue. I really enjoyed the books! Have a good week. 🙂
