Weekly Wrap Up – August 19 to 25

What I read this week:

King of fools – Amanda Foody (finished) – 4 stars! It took me a while but I finally finished this, and really enjoyed it!

Light years – Kass Morgan (finished) – 4 stars! This was so much better than I expected, it reminded me a bit of Aurora rising!

The rebels of gold – Elise Kova (audio) – 4 stars! It was better than book two, but I still like book one the best!

Children of the whales vol. 7 – Abi Umeda – 4 stars! I absolutely love this manga series, recommend for everyone!

The tea dragon festival – Katie O’Neill – 5 stars! This was sooo cute! I have to pick up the tea dragon society now!

Record of a spaceborn few – Becky Chambers – 2 stars! I guess I only liked book one in this series..

What I’m currently reading:

Before the devil breaks you – Libba Bray – Last book for my NEWTs, why is it 600 pages long though..

Reviews I posted:

The Woods by RL Toalson

  1. A lesson in thorns looks both super weird and intriguing at the same time I hope you like it!

  2. YAY on libraries! <3 Wilder Girls is a book I’m desperate to read, but I’m trying to hold off until October because it’s supposedly spooky and what better month to read it in? I love long books so I really appreciated that Before the Devil Breaks You was so long. Though I can agree that it didn’t necessarily NEED to be that long.

    1. Aren’t libraries the best?! Yeah I’m thinking about waiting a bit as well!
