This week turned out to be way more busy then that I had anticipated. There was a lot of socialising, which I guess is good, but it made me very tired. Which means I didn’t have that much time and energy to read. I know it looks like I read quite a bit, but three of these books were less then 250 pages!
What I read this week (books with * have a review coming!):
Before the devil breaks you – Libba Bray (last 200 pages) – 4 stars! I really enjoyed this and I’m now very curious to the finale!
To be taught, If fortunate* – Becky Chambers – 4 stars! I enjoyed this much more than her other series!
Turning darkness into light* – Marie Brennan – 2 stars! Didn’t like the format nor the characters in this book.
Red Dove, Listen to the wind* – Sonia Antaki – 2 stars! I liked the idea of this book but not the execution.
Dev1at3* – Jay Kristoff (audio) – 4 stars! I really enjoyed this book, and can’t wait for the third one!

What I’m currently reading:
The poppy war – RF Kuang – Only just started this, but so far so good!
Unearthed – Amie Kaufman & Meagan Spooner (audio) – I’m really enjoying this one so far!

Reviews I posted:
All the bad apples – Moïra Fowley-Doyle
Other posts:
Weekly wrap up – August 19 to 25
Top Ten Tuesday – Books I want in my personal library
Can’t wait Wednesday – American Royals
This will kill that – Cover reveal!
Books I bought/received:
Unearthed – Amie Kaufman and Meagan Spooner (library)
The near witch – VE Schwab (library)
Paper girls book 2 – Brian K Vaughan (library)

Other things:
I’m loving this library so much, they have so many recent releases, which is so different from my previous library. I really have to hold myself and not request all the books, because then I will have them all at the same time, which will not be a good idea.
And today school is starting, so this week will probably also be a bit busy, with figuring out how everything works and all!
I really need to start the Kristoff series but he’s so bad for cliffhangers that I’m scared lol I’m glad you enjoyed it!
Trueee! And there is not even a release date for book three..
