I feel like I haven’t read that much this week.. Probably because I’m reading a huge book haha! Also I didn’t want to read because I was waiting for my copy of the winter of the witch to come in from the library, which still hasn’t.. Even though it should have, so hopefully I can read it next week!
What I read this week (books with * have a review coming!):
Call Down to Hawk* – Maggie Stiefvater – 4 stars! I really enjoyed this one!
Ninth House* – Leigh Bardugo – DNF! I just didn’t enjoy myself while reading this, wasn’t very interested in the topic..
10 blind dates* – Asley Elston (audio) – 3 stars! Fun and quick read!
Dance of thieves* – Mary E Pearson (audio) – 2.5 Stars! For romance heavy and predictable!
(Call down the hawk and Ninth house will get a short review!)

Tis the season a thon
As mention my copy from the winter of the witch didn’t come in, so I couldn’t read that one for snow on the cover..
I’m still counting Ninth house as book that I got as gift, even though it was a DNF, I still read half! I also ate a Dutch snack (pepernoten) while reading this. So two prompts done with this one!
And I read the group book, 10 blind dates, for the group book prompt, but also as a holiday themed book!
What I’m currently reading:
The pickwick papers – Charles Dickens – I have no idea why I choose such a long book as classic of the month.. Slowly making progress (250/894)
Gideon the ninth – Tamsyn Muir – Almost done, probably finishing today (Monday)

Reviews I posted:
This mortal coil – Emily Suvada!
Capturing the devil – Kerri Maniscalco!
The weight of a soul – Elizabeth Tammi (blog tour)

I really loved The Ninth House – it really is turning into one of those books that you either love or hate.
Lynn 😀
Yes indeed haha, there is no in between!
Ninth House seems to be one of those books you either love or hate. I haven’t seen a lot of in between reviews! I just finished Steel Crow Saga, jumping into a Star Wars read next!
Yes indeed! No in between option haha!
Hope you enjoy!
Looks like a pretty busy week in reading. Glad you enjoyed Call Down the Hawk!
Thanks 🙂
You are the second person who I trust reading wise to DNF Ninth House, now I am getting worried to read it,
haha, oops, maybe we’re different on this one?!
Nice to hear you trust my reading though 🙂
