Time for my favourite books of the year!
I´m splitting my SFF reads and ´other´ reads! In this post I will list my favourite SFF reads of 2021, and soon my other list will be posted! 🙂
To make this list I ordered my excel document on my CAWPILE ratings that I gave the books. I will list them here from ‘lowest’ to ‘highest’ but I would not necessarily say this is to order haha! I have no idea what my absolute favourite read of the year is..
This list contains 18 books, no idea why that number haha, I did list whole series together! (If I have a review for the book it will be linked!)

- Tawny Man Trilogy by Robin Hobb
- The Black Prism & The Blinding Knife by Brent Weeks
- Klara and the Sun by Kazuo Ishiguro

- The Bone Shard Daughter and the Bone Shard Emperor by Andrea Stewart
- Empire of the Vampire by Jay Kristoff
- Children of Time by Adrian Tchaikovsky
- The Tensorate Series by Neon Yang

You’re really making me want to pick up The Bone Shard Daughter series… but I already have so many books on my TBR!!

Ooh so excited to see Empire Of The Vampire & The Bone Shard books in your top four – both are ones that I majorly hope to read either this or next month!! I loved Kingdom Of Souls too although I still need to pick up up sequel.
My favourite books of the year were All Of Us Villlains, Addie LaRue, Chain Of Iron and so many others.
I hope you find lots more new favourites in 2022 and have a wonderful year in general too.

Ooh, Skyward and Starsight were so good! And the only reason The Bone Shard Daughter wasn’t on my list was because I read it last year, haha, and I haven’t gotten to the sequel yet! Love seeing your list 🙂
