This series is so much fun! Ash is so precious haha! The world is amazing, I love that not everyone is human, but that is perfectly normal. I love the friendship between all the characters. And the adventure is amazing!
In this book we continue to follow Ash looking for his parents. He does this together with the crew of the Frostheart. In the beginning of this book they arrive at Aurora, a supposedly safehaven, but we soon learn if this is actually true or not.
I really like that we see Ash growing throughout this book. We see him starting to doubt the hints his parents gave him, but he also questions thing that people teach him. We see him making mistakes and learn from it!
Tobu and Master Podd were also amazing! And the drawings throughout this book! They’re so good!
I did rate this book a little bit lower than the first book, since I do think this one was a bit longer than necessary, but I still really enjoyed it!
I really like that we see more of the world, besides the snow sea, we also see some from the woods!
The ending of this book makes me very excited for the last book, releasing later this year!
