Thanks to Meeghan @Meeghan reads for nominating me!
She asked such great questions! I have no idea how she came up with them haha, I will never be able to ask such good questions haha, but I will do my best!

Meeghan’s questions:
- What is your favourite book you’ve read so far this year, and why?
I mean, starting of strong?!
I’m not sure if I can answer with just one book haha!
Some that immediately come to mind are Truthwitch, The poppy war, Crown of feathers, The last magician, The caged queen. But maybe those are not very surprising, since they all are in my favourite genre, fantasy!
A surprising new favourite would be Norwegian woods by Haruki Murakami, I had heard great things about this one, but did not expect myself to love it this much. I just loved the writing, and the world (just because I’m not familiar with Japan I guess), and I was just so involved in his life, I just could not put the book down!

2. What is your favourite book to movie adaptation?
I can’t choose between Love, Simon and To all the boys I’ve loved before! I’m just going with two more recent ones!
3. Which fictional character do you think would be the most boring to meet in real life?
Such a nice twist on the normal ‘who would you like to meet?’ question haha!
Okay I thought about this for so long ahah, maybe Scarlett from Caraval. I mean she is kinda interesting in the books because of the circumstances, but maybe outside of that she could be kinda boring.
4. What is one thing you do to unwind?
Most of the time reading. But to say something else, I like going to the gym to destress, or just take a walk outside with some music on!
5. If you could pick any author to write fanfiction for Harry Potter, who would you pick?
Oef, another one I had to think about quite a while. First I was thinking about a contemporary author, maybe Becky Albertalli, but I do want the fanfiction to contain fantasy. So then I started thinking about maybe Susan Dennard, just because I absolutely love her writing style.
6. What’s the best book title you’ve ever heard of?
.. Why do these questions require so much brain power haha, I totally cannot remember any book titles right now. *desperately scrolling through GoodReads* Okay ‘the name of the wind’ and ‘Stalking Jack the Ripper’, is what my poor brain finally came up with. Tell me some that you really like!

7. Who is your OTP?
Kaz and Inej!
8. If you could control one element (earth, air, fire or water), which would you choose?
Air would be cool, especially if you can fly then! But I think I’m going with fire, fire is one of my biggest fears, so if I can control it I don’t have to be afraid of it 😉
9. Who is your favourite fictional animal? (i.e. not just dragon, but Kozu from The last namsara)
Felix the phoenix, definitely! Or Buckbeak! Not very original answers probably haha!
10. What is your favourite way to treat yourself?
Buying books! Or, less expensive option, strolling through the library!
Or make tea, eat chocolate, and read my book! It always comes back to books apparently!
Also buying shoes!
11. If you were stranded on a desert island that mysteriously had a magical bookshelf:
a) What genre would it refill itself with, and
Fantasy!
b) What other three things would you take with you?
Phone (if it doesn’t work at least I can play games?!). I felt so smart coming up with that, then I realized I would not be able to charge it.. So maybe not!
Lots of food?!
Friends (is that one thing?!)
Clothes, ahah I don’t know. Lets just hope this never happens, because obviously I don’t know how to prepare..
My questions (definitely am going to copy some of Meeghan’s.. There just so good!):
- What is your favourite book you’ve read so far this year, and why?
- Newest favourite author? (like found this year or something)
- What is your favourite book to movie adaptation?
- Who is your favourite fictional animal? (i.e. not just dragon, but Kozu from The last namsara)
- What is your favourite way to treat yourself?
- Why did you start your blog?
- How long have you been blogging?
- What is your favourite time for blogging?
- Favourite thing about your blog?
- What is your favourite season?
- Favourite place to travel to? (or want to travel to)

You!
Ahhh, Susan Dennard is amazing!! I would totally be on board with her writing HP fanfiction!!
Great answers, and thank you for the very kind words!! I’m so glad you enjoyed this!!
Yeah I would love that!
Thanks and of course!
Haha I would control Fire too, but I would choose fire because I love it not because I’m afraid of it! If you controlled air you could just blow the fire away? Then you could have control of the one you seem to like better 🙂
That’s true! Didn’t think about that haha!
I really enjoyed reading your answers to these questions. Picking a favourite book for a whole year is so hard! Even though I haven’t read as much as normal I’d struggle. I guess so far it’s probably Wicked King for me though, I have some highly anticipated books that I want to get read by the end of the year though so it definitely could change. And I think I’d also struggle picking book titles. Maybe The Deathless Girls or Wicked Saints. Both of which I still need to read
It will be so hard to make a favourite list at the end of the year!
Wicked king was so good! There are indeed so many books still that I would like to read before the end of the year!
