The tag:
Recommend a book from one of your favourite genres:
So obviously that has to be a fantasy book! Warbreaker by Brandon Sanderson, this is a very recent read from me, but I can’t shut up about it, and already want to reread it!

Recommend a short book:
First book coming to mind is Every heart a doorway by Seanan McGuire, amazing series! Another great short book is Binti by Nnedi Okorafor!
Recommend a book-to-screen adaptation:
I think I will go for To all the boys I’ve loved before by Jenny Han, which I absolutely loved and can’t wait for the second one! I cannot think of many other ‘recent’ ones that I really loved…
Recommend a book out of your comfort zone:
Norwegian woods by Haruki Murakami! I read this earlier this year, since so many people love his work, and I was so surprised by how much I ended up loving this! Really need to read more of his work!
Recommend a book series:
I’m going with an uncompleted series, Truthwitch (The witchlands) by Susan Dennard! I know I talk a lot about this book, and many people know about this book, but I feel like more people should actually read this book! Susan Dennard should be up there with Leigh Bardugo and VE Schwab!

Recommend a standalone:
Another very recent read of mine, Middlegame by Seanan McGuire! I read this book earlier this month, and absolutely fell in love! The writing was just amazing!
Recommend a book you don’t talk about enough:
I feel like I haven’t talk about dresscodes for small towns by Courtney C Stevens recently haha, but I’ve talked about it a lot. Her newer book, Four Three Two One, is also a favourite of mine, which I definitely do not talk about enough!
Recommend your ‘staple’ book:
I actually have no idea haha. If you ask my close friends, they would probably say Harry Potter, but I feel like that’s such a ‘common’ answer..
Recommend the book(s) that got you into reading:
The thing is, I always read.. There was no point were I started reading, I just grew up reading and always continued?! I was a huge fan of Harry Potter, but also ‘Fleur Humeur’, I have no idea what the name is in English, but maybe you recognize the cover?!
Recommend 3+ bloggers who recommend great books:
- Nen&Jen – I always see great books on their blog! Also some I’ve never heard about before!
- Sometimes Leelyn reads – Again I always see great books on her blog!
- Sha & Mandy – I always end up adding books to my TBR after reading their posts!
Go follow all three of these if you do not already!

No problem 🙂
Harry Potter needs to always be recommended because people should never stop reading it! Great post!
Hahaha that’s true though!
